Program Director
Responsible for oversight of daily operation and issues pertaining to the delivery of effective treatment modalities for children experiencing co-occurring issues. A Master’s degree in a human service area and at least three years experience in a residential setting or Bachelor’s degree in related field and five years of experience is required. The successful candidate will be determined, dedicated and poised to make an impact in the field. Send resume attention: Program Director.

Quality Assurance/Utilization Manager
This individual is responsible for adherence to all internal and external quality assurance activities with the emphasis on developing and maintaining systems to ensure quality delivery of services. Also responsible for the management of the process of utilization in relation to services rendered as a measure to ensure appropriate and adequate services are rendered. Applicant must possess background knowledge in QA/UM activities and/or processes. This individual must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human services field and one year of experience working with children and families.

Therapist
The Therapist is responsible for providing therapy to residents and family both individual and group. This individual will work closely with the Clinical Director to ensure program continuity and progression through the treatment plan. This individual must possess a Master’s degree in a field licensable to conduct therapy services within the state of WV. Additionally, this individual must possess the capacity to understand addiction models and the process of residential group care.

Intake Coordinator
This individual will be primarily responsible for securing and maintaining referrals and intakes for all Academy programs. This person must be charismatic and enjoy working with a wide range of personalities. Must be able to develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, as well as, maintain concise and accurate records. This individual will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Public Relations in order to fulfill the tenants of this position. Must possess a bachelor’s degree in a human service field and one year experience working in the field.

Team Leader
This individual is primarily responsible for supervising and training Teacher/Counselors and Teacher/Counselor Assistants in the provision of daily treatment milieu delivery. The Team Leader must be energetic and possess a positive, upbeat attitude in relation to working with troubled children. The Team Leader also is the key component to providing active supervision and leadership to all direct care staff. This person must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and preferably have one year of experience working with this population.

Teacher/Counselor
The Teacher/Counselor assists in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individual and group treatment plans and procedures during program hours that result in improved adaptive social/interpersonal functioning and high rates of successful program completion among youngsters in assigned group. The Teacher/Counselor works with assigned youth according to a shift work schedule which is subject to change. To fulfill the requirements of this position, the employee must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a social service field (e.g. social work, counseling, psychology, education, special education, etc.) Previous experience in the provision of direct treatment services and clinical development is preferred.

Teacher/Counselor Assistant
The Teacher/Counselor Assistant assists professional staff in the implementation and monitoring of individual and group treatment plans and procedures during program hours that result in improved adaptive social/interpersonal functioning and high rates of successful program completion among youth in assigned group. To fulfill the requirements of this position, the employee must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Previous job related experience is preferred. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, good decision making skills, be patient and energetic and have the ability to form positive relationships.

Case Manager
The case manager is responsible for assuring the admission of appropriately referred youngsters into the program and for identifying areas of need within a child’s ecology. They are also responsible for remedying those needs beyond the program environment during enrollment as well as after discharge. Coordinates and implement all case management activities for assigned residents and their families. To fulfill the requirements of this position, the employee must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a social service or mental health related field. One year of experience with this population is also preferred. Experience earned through practicum placement may be considered relevant experience.

Night Attendant Supervisor
The Night Attendant supervisor ensures the direction, method, and scheduling of program continuity, oversees the Night Attendants and their development as assigned and monitors the implementation of individual treatment and service plans in accordance with community based principles. The Night Attendant Supervisor also provides supervision of residents during sleeping hours, extra supervision/support for morning and bedtime activities, additional staff support in the event of a crisis situation at night and also secures the grounds during the night hours. To fulfill the requirements of this position, the employee must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). It is preferred the candidate have a minimum of one year of experience in the provision of residential treatment services to youth. The position also requires the incumbent to have the ability to stay awake and alert at night, be comfortable with working with adolescents, have good communication skills and to be assertive. Must have good decision making skills, be patient and energetic, and have the ability to form positive relationships.

Medical Records Clerk
The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of all pertinent record keeping within the operation of the company. This individual must possess excellent organizational skills, as well as, capable of coping with changing circumstances. The MRC will also perform quality assurance duties from time to time to ensure accurate filing of documentation. This individual must possess a high school diploma or the equivalent to a high school diploma, with one year of experience preferred.

Receptionist
The Receptionist is responsible for operating PBX of multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel, as well as, greeting and directing all visitors. The employee will also perform secretarial functions as requested. To fulfill the requirements of this position, the employee must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. One year of previous job-related experience is preferred.
