Teacher/Counselor
The Teacher/Counselor assists in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individual and group treatment plans and procedures during program hours that result in improved adaptive social/interpersonal functioning and high rates of successful program completion among youngsters in assigned group. The Teacher/Counselor works with assigned youth according to a shift work schedule which is subject to change. To fulfill the requirements of this position, the employee must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a social service field (e.g. social work, counseling, psychology, education, special education, etc.) Previous experience in the provision of direct treatment services and clinical development is preferred.

Teacher/Counselor Assistant
The Teacher/Counselor Assistant assists professional staff in the implementation and monitoring of individual and group treatment plans and procedures during program hours that result in improved adaptive social/interpersonal functioning and high rates of successful program completion among youth in assigned group. To fulfill the requirements of this position, the employee must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Previous job related experience is preferred. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, good decision making skills, be patient and energetic and have the ability to form positive relationships.

Night Attendant
The Night Attendant provides supervision of residents during sleeping hours, extra supervision/support for morning and bedtime activities, additional staff support in the event of a crisis situation at night and also secures the grounds during the night hours. To fulfill the requirements of this position, the employee must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Previous job related experience is preferred. The position also requires the incumbent to have the ability to stay awake and alert at night, be comfortable with working with adolescents, have good communication skills and to be assertive.
